Fall Training Clinic Dates

As many of you know, one of the main differentiations between AYSO and most other leagues is the level of training that we offer to our coaches and volunteers. By having better prepared and more informed volunteers, we are able to offer the best possible experience to all our members. Fall practice will start August 25th, and games will start September 7th.

Mandatory Coach and Volunteer Meetings
We have a TON of new information to disseminate this season. Every Coach should please make plans to attend one of the meetings scheduled. Referees and all other volunteers are encouraged to attend one as well. Board members should attend as many as you are able. We will be handing out coach books, schedules, tournament dates, and letting you know about additional changes to the program for the upcoming season. Team Websites will be released as soon as a volunteer from your team has attended a meeting. The schedule will be released to players as soon as each team in a division has participated in a meeting.

Mandatory Volunteer Meeting : Saturday, August 25 Noon - 1:00 PM, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana

Fall Coach Certification Courses will be offered as follows.
6U Coach Certification Class : Saturday, August 17 8:30 AM - Noon, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
8U Coach Certification Class : Saturday, August 17 8:30 AM - Noon, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
10U Coach Certification Class : Saturday, August 17 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
12U Coach Certification Class : Saturday, August 17 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
Intermediate Coach Certification Class (14U level) - TBD based on availability of any interested participants
Advanced Coach Certification Class (19U level) - TBD based on availability of any interested participants

Fall Referee Certification Classes will be offered as follows.
8U Referee Certification Class : Saturday, August 24 8:30 AM - Noon, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
8U to Regional Referee Upgrade : Saturday, August 24 12:30 - 5:00 PM, at Lakeside Elementary Cafeteria in Middle Amana
Those wishing for a regional referee certification need to attend the full day of classes
