So you have just completed your registration. Now what happens...
First, if you are unfamiliar with our website, please browse a little bit. You will probably find the answers to a lot of your questions here. In particular,
on the home page, their are several regional policies linked on the right side of the page including
refund policy,
scholarship policy, etc. There is a more complete list of policies and protocols linked under the
Region/Regional Policies tab of the website.
If you have not done so, you should browse the
"Programs" tab of the site. Here you will find information about many of the supplemental and secondary programs and opportunities available to you as a Region 1103 Member.
If you are considering volunteering, browse the information under the
Volunteers tab to learn a bit more about the roles available. We are a 100% volunteer organization, but spend a lot of time and effort in training and preparing our volunteers to be successful in influencing the children they come into contact with. NO SOCCER KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. Simply a desire to make a difference.
To Verify your registration, you should click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page, next to the login button. This button will say "Register" if you are not logged in. When you are visiting your account page, you should see verification for what programs your child is registered. The tabs on the left of this page will help you navigate, to view your volunteer applications, calendar, and to return to the main website.
Generally if you are registering for the
FALL/SPRING Primary Program Season, we will be dividing teams and assigning coaches in early August. We will have a coach meeting around the last weekend in August. You should be notified of your team roster around mid August, and probably contacted directly by your coach sometime before the end of August. Practices generally start around the first of September, and games begin on the first Saturday after Labor Day. Games will be on Saturdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM depending on division and game schedule.
For the Spring season, returning participants should be able to see communication from their coach on their team website. New participants will be assigned to teams as they register, and coaches will be contacting them around Mid to late March at the latest. Games usually begin around April 1, and run through mid to late May.
If you want to participate in
Soccer Slam, the registration deadline is usually 30 days prior to the tournament.
Soccer Fest,
Sectional Games, and
Iowa Games have a June 1 registration deadline, roughly, so please sign up as EARLY as possible. If we have enough participants for a given tournament, we will send a team.
Indoor Soccer will run in November and December in Victor, and January and February in Amana. Registration Deadline for these programs is usually about two weeks prior. The schedule will be posted on the website no later than the week prior, but games are Sunday Afternoons, between Noon and 5:00 PM depending on division, and usually at a relatively consistent time.
The
Indoor Iowa Games in Dubuque has been a very popular tournament the last several years. It is played on the last weekend in January at Five Flags Center in Dubuque. Registration Deadline for this tournament is usually around the first Monday in January.
If you have any questions regarding your registration, you first stop should be the website - specifically the "My Accounts" page - linked at the top right, or the
Regional Policies linked on the main page. Your next step should be
contacting your local town representative.
You can contact them by email here. If you do not receive a response, or have a more general question, you are welcome to contact the region at
[email protected].
